Terribly disappointing, ill not be back, trading on reputation. We dont have chippy often, and was looking forward to it on Sunday last. The Genoa has always had a good reputation. At £4.60 for a regular chip this place is now charging massive prices, but i figure its (was) the best chippy in Newry so maybe? Well maybe not, the regular chip is TINY, god knows how little is in the small portion. So I drove home 2 miles, opened up the chips were still white and id say needed another few mins to cook fully hard in the middle. Top dollar for food truck quality. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Stumbled across this place coming home from an appointment. I've never been in Newry. The staff were really welcoming and the girl with the blonde hair was training a young girl . She was so nice and very detailed in why she was saying things . The food I found was spot on .the chips weren't too chunky which I like .there coleslaw was soooo nice and there fried chicken breast was great . My daughter didn't like the goujons but that's cause she likes battered not breaded . I would definitely go back if I ever have to venture to Newry again Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
