We are genuinely sorry that your stay fell so far short of the standard we aim to provide.We apologise for the cleanliness issues you encountered in the bedroom, bathroom and communal areas, as well as the shower fault and the fact that your room was not serviced and restocked during your second night. These are all matters we take seriously, and we will be raising your comments with the relevant teams so they can be addressed.We also appreciate how frustrating the noise must have been, particularly with the early morning activity and traffic on the main road. While the location and road noise are unfortunately outside of our control, we understand the impact this had on your sleep and overall experience.It is especially disappointing to hear that you felt unable to raise your concerns with the team during your stay. We would always encourage guests to let us know about any issues so that, where possible, we have the opportunity to put things right during their visit.We are very sorry that you left feeling that your stay was not value for money.
