Billie, I am the owner responding directly to your review. I am truly sorry you received food and service that was less than satisfactory, and especially for waiting for so long. Our aim is for good service and food no matter the time of day or night. We found the order. It was placed via Grub Hub at 3:45am. Unfortunately it was marked as "have ready at 5:00am", which we believe was automatic by Grubhub because they had no drivers during that time period, which happens sometimes between 12am-5am. For that reason, I would recommended Door Dash, Uber Eats, or order directly at https://georgewebb.com/. There, the order gets routed automatically to Door Dash as our preferred provider. Regarding the product issues. Our fries portion is 5oz. We checked inventory this morning, and all pre-portioned order were at 5 oz. Of course it is possible that yours wasn't. Regarding the Chili, in viewing the pic of it, it looks fine to me. Maybe that is an eye of the beholder thing. Regarding the ketchup and salt for fries, I am looking into further into that. Either we need to automatically include these or have an option for it. With you being familiar with George Webb, it sounds like you may be returning to the Milwaukee area in the future?
