When you arrive at the restaurant you are greeted by a beautiful atmosphere, everything is very tasteful! Very cozy indirect lighting, impeccable decor. The service too, very polite and attentive waiters, we arrive feeling very welcome. Well, let's take a look at the menu. The price was very high, as we already imagined. We started by ordering a white wine, if I'm not mistaken, around R$160.00 for half a bottle. In addition to being a merely reasonable wine, the waiter never left the bottle on the table, meaning we don't know if we were served the entire drink (I don't believe it was). For starters we ordered a burrata, with an average flavor, and a filet mignon carpaccio, a huge disappointment. Poorly served, not very tasty and came with toast. They were clearly not toast made with quality bread. Super thin and served two at a time. We always had to ask the waiter to bring us more. Mixaria. As we were celebrating someone's birthday, we decided to stay at the restaurant and give the main dishes a try. My boyfriend and I shared a shrimp risotto. Salty, oily, almost no cheese and rubbery shrimp. My in-laws ate super acidic and poorly seasoned pasta. In short, a restaurant with exorbitant prices, but which does not deliver a quality product. I don't see a problem with going to places where you're going to spend more, but the least you expect is to have a wonderful experience, right? I left very dissatisfied, I don't recommend it. The space is very pleasant, after all it has the structure of a luxury hotel. However, the good part is restricted solely and exclusively to that. I didn't expect a fair price, after all these places charge a lot for their status. However I expected quality and unfortunately the food was a horrible experience. The filet mignon carpaccio had an old flavor and a bad texture, the risotto was horrible, I left half of the dish, pure oil... I even had intestinal discomfort the next day. We order wine (very high value) and the waiter serves it and collects the bottle with 3 fingers of wine (he could easily serve 2 more glasses) as if it had finished. I thought that was stupid. Bad food, questionable service. If you want to go there just to read a book, it's worth it... if you're going to eat or drink something, you'll regret it. Very bad service, the food was a papaya risotto with leeks, I have never eaten anything so bad in a restaurant of this level. This place really sucks at the entrance and exit Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
