I went here for the Spring 2026 menu. I think it was totally worth the money. Typically in Europe you pay twice as much for a similar experience. And I think the menu was leaning towards the higher end of such chief's dinners with attention towards creating diverse tastes and fine details and serving. I only thought that the word "Seoul" was a bit irrelevant here as it was not resembling other Korean food I tried elsewhere. From start to finish, the team at Seoul Dining demonstrated incredible hospitality. With my wife and I having multiple allergies, they accomodated us and produced the best combination of flavours we have ever had without compromising on quality. The wine was exceptional and the ambience was romantic and chill. The host took time to explain each component of the dish and ensured all dietary requirements were catered for.
