Really?the crew did not want to do their job patiently,they will not accommodate the costumer with good impression, you will be disgusted by waiting for almost an hour ! Even the way they treat the costumer really annoying even you don't asks for bill out they will give the receipt it to you, even knowing that we still eating,so we ordered again and the same thing happened, by the way this is my first time to have this experience that they will clean and took the table even your still eating! Rudeness is in a certain extent hoping that it will be addressed by a manager

The service for unlimited rice has a limitation, we are still on the place and yet the crew ,telling us that to avail the additional rice cannot be granted! It was not our fault my colleagues just went to cubicle and when they back they really took away the plate from the table that's why we us another plates and utensils, and when we asks for soup it was not available but I tried to order Again then it just magic there is a available soup, take note it is FREE! Yet they don't want to serve it happily and generously to their costumer

Whenever we dine, we always look for Giligans in the area first because I appreciate the good and good accommodation of food servers. Except on this Giligan's Sta Lucia Branch where we waited for food to be serve for almost an hour without any update from thw servers. Plus one of the servers is a bit rude. May kid was joking on me because the only serve to us was water. But this server guy in black says "Magpalibre ka kasi ng Pepsi para hindi lang water ang serve sa inyo"
