Closest thing to New York pizza I’ve had outside of Manhattan. The crust is thin, crisp, chewy, and actually foldable the way it should be. Great sauce, the right amount of cheese, and it doesn’t feel like someone just made a thin pizza and decided to call it “New York style.” Gimani gets it. Absolutely worth going back.
