It was great to celebrate my wife’s birthday at Gina’s. The steak was cooked just the way we want it, so nice. Service was great too, special mention to Camillo ! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$120–140 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Came in and asked for a table for 2, waitress said we had to wait a hour or 2 so we left and asked another waitress on the other side which let us in 2 min after. We ordered our food (3 dishes) the price was outrageous ! $90 for a side of chips, steak, and small serving of pasta which wasn't even nice. The pasta was salty, steak was cold but chips were nice but $15 for chips is just crazy! They charged us $12 extra for water that should be free. It took more than a hour for our food to come and when we asked the staff the staff would just walk away and act like they didn't notice us. Would not come back ,staff are rude and the environment is not as friendly as I expected Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The burger and pasta we ordered were quite different — the pasta was nothing special in terms of taste, but the burger was delicious. What really affected our experience was the service. The waitstaff kept interrupting our conversation to clear cutlery one by one, even when we were still using the table. They also started cleaning around us and repeatedly pushed us to order dessert, even though we hadn’t finished our drinks. At one point, they began clearing plates while not everyone at the table had finished eating. Overall, the experience wasn’t great. Some of the food was good, but the service felt very rushed and pushy. The place itself has a nice vibe, but unfortunately the staff behaviour didn’t match it. Multiple staff members came over several times with an iPad asking about our experience, which made it feel like we were being rushed to leave — especially when the restaurant was only half full.
