A Disclaimer: I am related to Gina, the owner. She has been running this canteen/carinderia for about ten years now. She makes all the food herself onsite. I would classify her place as a "dive". Which means there is nothing fancy about this place. It is like a cave.. dark and cool and great place to get out of the hot sun and humidity. Her place is nice cool and lots of cold drinks and hot fresh meals. Her customers heavily towards local Filipinos and definitely has that vibe. Ex-pats and tourists are always welcome. I should mention that Gina does not tolerate rowdiness. So do not let the local vibe dissuade you from eating and drinking here.
