Thank you so much for this beautiful review. Hearing that our food reminded you of home and your aunt’s cooking truly means a lot to us. That’s exactly the feeling we hope to bring to every plate authentic Haitian flavors. We’re so happy you enjoyed the drinks and the food, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We look forward to welcoming you back to Gingerbites again soon.

I moved from Long Island 3 years ago, Gingerbites Haitian Bistro was and is my favorite place. During Covid it was the only Haitian place I got my food, always fresh, tasty. When I moved to SC, I missed that place so bad, for my consolation Marie was willing to make some patties and shipped to me, they came well packed, and fresh. A couple days ago while I was looking into my freezer, surprisingly I found a ziplock bag with 4 patties from Gingerbites and the date May on the bag was May 2024 I always dated my frozen food, I thought to myself they cannot be good it's a year old, so I eat them up just to try. Oh boy! they WERE SO GOOD LIKE COMING STRAIGHT FROM THE OVEN. Thank you Gingerbites I missed your food and can wait to stop by when I come to NY. I wish you can shipping some Griot, Acra and Goat. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Recommendation for vegetarians: Highly recommend Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section

It’s a pleasure and a privilege to have you as a client. Yes — just like we ship the patties, we can also send you griot and tasso. Thank you for the great review and for being a loyal customer for the past 5 years!

no customer service at all, the woman was rude she didn't want to answer question regarding the menu and the food was not that good.
