Super friendly staff, food was incredible and atmosphere was really pleasant. Best breakfast I’ve had in years super flavoursome. The sourdough was exceptional too, would seriously recommend it here! Meal type: Brunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I came for breakfast today with a friend—this was our eighth visit to Ginko. I decided to try something new from the menu, but when it arrived, it wasn’t what I expected. I felt quite uncomfortable, as I have some sensory issues with food, and I was really embarrassed. The staff were incredibly kind and understanding. They took the dish away without any fuss and brought me something else instead. They also didn’t charge me for the first item, which I thought was very considerate. The food at Ginko is always fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious. The staff are consistently polite, kind, and welcoming. There is always such a warm vibe at Ginko and I highly recommend. Every last detail in Ginkgo has been incredibly well thought out, from the interior, to the handmade crockery to the perfectly crafted menu that puts unique international fusion twists on lunch/brunch classics. The menu also changes regularly to make you simultaneously want to go back more to try new things but also miss the thing you had last time! Young couple that run it, one very talented chef and other running perfectly friendly front of house team have created an amazing local business which is my favourite place to recommend to people in Harrogate and beyond!
