Chef Lindon & kitchen team turned out delicious 4 course banquet style lunch including oysters, green peppers with goats curd, cuttlefish & chickpeas, cured meats, slow roast lamb on cauliflower purée & sublime creme brûlée. My husband who works as a farm butcher commented that the lamb was as good as what we ate at Harrisons in Port Douglas????
Selection of wines is considered and reasonably priced. Mark of a good eatery is having the most beautiful catchup with family/friends where everything happens so naturally you don’t need to think of anything...simply enjoy what is presented. Total class????????
