Today we had dinner at Café Glashaus... I think everything that can go wrong went wrong. There were two of us at the table and we only got one card, ok I can overlook that, but the fact that the menu was also stuck on was really bad. We had a coke and a coke-wheat, as well as the Glashaus burger with fries and a gourmet salad. When the drinks came, I noticed straight away that the top of the coke glass had chipped off. Something has to catch your eye. I have objected. A new WARM glass came with the same coke, so just spilled it... then the food came, the burger was lukewarm as were the fries, the burger had goat cheese although it should have different cheese on it, that's probably because I think so Salad instead of cheese, whatever, with goat cheese. The salad actually includes a baguette, which I got after the 2nd request. When checking out, they just said, yes, there is chaos in the kitchen today... I don't even want to talk about the toilets. Toilet paper on the floor, toilet paper holder was on the shelf and the toilet paper roll was on the hygiene bucket... Paper towels all... Clean is different. Quote from my grandfather, first look at the toilet, then you will know what the kitchen looks like. He's right... the view into the kitchen, what happens automatically when you go to the toilet, reflects exactly that. Conclusion: Once and never again!!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The toilets are cleaned daily before the breakfast service and before the evening service and everything is refilled, unfortunately I myself did not have the toilet in hand like the other guests before them. Despite all that, they are of course right about the other things, it shouldn't have happened like that and I would like to apologize on behalf of the team. Maybe they will give us a second chance anyway, so that we can convince them of our actually good service.More
