Customer service has always been good each time I have come here. I had some of the BEST falafel. A good falafel is hard to come by. Lebanese pastries are delicious.

Decent coffee, and quiet atmosphere, however this atmosphere might be attributed to the rude staff who are anything but helpful. Staff are disrespectful and often get orders wrong, not understanding the importance of allergy requirements. Don't recommend going here, when compared to other coffee shops so close nearby. I work down the road and have gone 3 times, for the same thing to happen each time, Ill be walking the extra 10 steps to get my morning coffee with a smile and as I asked for it to be made.

Great coffee, fantastic Lebanese homemade food, lovely people!! Always cheerful even in busy times. Open after other coffee shops have closed for the afternoon.
