We recently visited Goji Kitchen + Bar for a Monday dinner and made a reservation beforehand. Since it was a weekday, the restaurant wasn’t crowded, which made for a relaxed dining experience. One thing I appreciated right away was the warm welcome from the staff. They escorted us to our table and even asked if we were celebrating a special occasion, which added a nice personal touch to the service. The buffet offers several stations with a good variety of dishes, but somehow it felt like something was missing from the overall selection. Another thing to note is that drinks are charged separately per order, so keep that in mind when planning your meal. As for the food, most of what we tried was enjoyable. The roast beef was a bit inconsistent though, the first slice I had tasted slightly burnt, but the second serving was much better: tender, flavorful, and cooked just right. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. The service was attentive, the food was generally good, and the atmosphere was comfortable. While there are a few areas that could be improved, it’s still a decent option if you’re looking to enjoy a buffet-style dinner with family or friends. This popped up as a new featured dining spot on the Eatigo app. We were coming from a long drive, so the 1:30 PM lunch buffet slot with the 50% discount was perfect for us. At first, I thought we would feel rushed since the buffet was only until 2:30 PM, but I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming staff at Goji Kitchen + Bar. Everyone served with a smile and was incredibly attentive. Midway through our meal, we were given two complimentary birthday cakes since we were celebrating a special occasion, with the usual birthday song of course. Special mention to Server Marjo for going above and beyond in attending to our needs. The experience stayed with us long after that first visit, and we found ourselves coming back again yesterday, less than a month later. Definitely worth the trip or stopover. Great service, friendly staff, and good food. This place will definitely be top of mind whenever we’re in Clark again.
