Loved this little cafe. Friendly staff. Great coffee. We had wraps which were nice and the kids simple toasties. Lovely sitting area in the courtyard. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Wrap

Went there this morning and ordered the big breakfast. It wasn’t very big for $24, 2 eggs, not much bacon, 2 tiny little sausages about an inch long, no hash browns, 2 pieces of sour dough toast and about 20 baked beans. Really nicely cooked but NOT a big breakfast. We’ve come here a lot over the years and the food and service is great, but compared to big breakfasts from other Canberra cafes, this was way smaller. I’m sure last time we came here it was bigger. Maybe new cooks? Dunno but wayyy to expensive for what I was served Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–40 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Gold creek cafe is a hidden gem, consistently lovely food & coffee, always served with a warm smile from the fabulous staff. Will definitely be bringing my family here more often!
