This place is a little gem. Good food. Great prices. That and the owner is absolutely very kind and polite. My new favorite place in Claremore. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

I really enjoyed grabbing a bite here and was pleasantly surprised by the flavors. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared, and the portion sizes were spot on for a satisfying meal. It was a nice atmosphere to sit down and relax, although it took a little bit of time for my food to come out. Overall, it was a solid experience and I would definitely consider coming back when I'm in the mood for this kind of food. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $80–90 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The signs claim the food is "fresh & delicious"; I dined in (no buffet) and it was as advertised. Golden Chef has the cheapest prices in Claremore for Chinese cuisine, you can get 3 entrees for the price of 2 at Panda or New Star. Downsides include the awkward location for all but Owasso commuters and Rogers State students, the old building and limited parking. The decorations are tacky, but I find it charming. They're a mix of trinkets from Asian supermarkets splashed with Will Rogers memorabilia. If you don't like the dining experience there's also take out - either way, I'd recommend giving Golden Chef a try.
