Very disappointed with the service here. I called ahead and ordered soup, but when I got there one of the workers had already sold my order to someone else. That should never happen. If someone places an order, it should be held for them. I placed another order and waited again, only to get home and find out the soup was cold. After all that inconvenience, the least they could have done was make sure the food was hot and fresh. The customer service was very poor and unprofessional. This is not how you treat customers. Absolutely ridiculous!! I'll never recommend this place nor will I go back. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food here is overall good(not all items are authentic jamaican though). Based on several visits there are patterns of bad and inconsistent customer service. This is a shame because this place could be a lot better. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
