I went here with my family for a dinner buffet and we really enjoyed it. Food was great. The selection of dishes wasnt huge, but it was more than enough and everything tasted great. The seating area was spacious and nicely decorated. The hostess Kareema checked in with us during dinner and made sure we had everything we needed. I will definately come again.

Overall cleanliness is very good but certainly not inside the hotel’s restaurant. All Egyptian Representatives are to a major extent are professional. The Saudi Reps are friendly but somehow do shy away from any commitments. Number of porters is limited to one only. Book online for much better deals! Service: 3

Excellent Iftar Experience at Golden Ship Hotel We recently had our company-arranged Iftar at Golden Ship Hotel, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The arrangement was well organized, the food was delicious with a great variety, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant and welcoming for such a special gathering during Ramadan. A special appreciation goes to Ms. Kareema, the receptionist, who was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful from the moment we arrived. She assisted us with great patience and ensured everything went smoothly for our group. Her warm attitude and excellent hospitality made a big difference to our experience. Thank you to the team at Golden Ship Hotel for the great service and memorable Iftar. We would definitely recommend this place for corporate gatherings and special occasions.
