Having consumed many bubble teas during my travels in Asia, I can say that I know this product quite well. We went as a family to Grands Pré. We discovered with joy that there was a Gong Cha, a Taiwanese franchise very famous around the world, for their quality Bubble tea. Everyone was eager to have a bubble tea after eating our Swedish meatballs. Verdict: the disappointment was total for several reasons: - on certain products, tapioca pearls are not included in the price, you must add a supplement of 1 euro to have pearls. For comparison, it's like going to McDonald's to order a Big Mac and being charged extra for meat. A scandal knowing that we are coming to drink "BUBBLE" tea. It goes without saying that tapioca pearls are part of the composition of the product! - the taste of the 3 bubble teas ordered was horribly bland with an acrid aftertaste - staff was not smiling and helpful - price is excessively high: more than €20 for 3 bubble teas - poorly cooked (overcooked) pearls which gave no pleasure to chew in the mouth Conclusion: this is neither the business practices nor the quality expected of a Gong Cha franchise. We all wanted to vomit after drinking their bubble teas so much that it was horrible. Unanimously, these are the worst bubble teas we have tasted. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
