Very disappointing experience — terrible customer service I ordered several items for collection online through Just Eat, including pizzas and other food. I expected the order to be ready when I arrived, but instead I was made to wait for over 30 minutes, despite having ordered in advance. When the staff realised I might complain to Just Eat, the order was suddenly cancelled without informing me, even though I was standing inside the shop. I was told they were very busy serving customers who were already waiting, so I should wait another 15 minutes. After that, I was told to wait another 5 minutes. When I checked again, they told me the order had apparently been cancelled "by accident" and that I would receive a refund. By this point, I was already extremely annoyed and disappointed with the service, so I said I no longer wanted the food. However, they then told me that the food was actually ready and insisted that I should pay them directly what I had paid through Just Eat because they had prepared the order. I initially refused, but after repeatedly trying to convince me to take the food, I eventually gave up and paid. To make matters even worse, one of the side items was missing from the order. Overall, this was a terrible experience from start to finish. The excessive waiting time, poor communication, unexplained cancellation, pressure to pay directly, and missing item were all extremely disappointing. I ordered a full meal including pizzas and other food, and the whole experience was unnecessarily stressful. Very poor customer service and organisation. I would not recommend this place and will not be ordering from here again. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Amazing food! I would definitely recommend the Mozzarella Sticks and the Peri Peri Chips. Everything was neat and clean. The staff were so kind and patience with us, asking us if we wanted another drink or more food. Definitely recommend this place. I ordered a LOT OF FOOD. It was all so cheap. go visit Good Cod! The atmosphere was also so beautiful, handmade art that looked incredible. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I'll never eat there again, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The meat was tough, dry, and seemed old. It was very disappointing.The staff refused to give me a refund because they said I had eaten too much. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
