Absolutely could not recommend MORE- 11/10. The perfect neighbourhood bar! We were looked after so well by all the staff, who went above and beyond not just for us but for our dog too (featuring treats!). The food was beautiful, wine even better, honestly a MUST GO TO! Thanks so much, we will absolutely be back! Price per person: $200+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Good Gilbert has everything you want from a wine bar: an outstanding wine list, great food, friendly service and a lovely ambience! On Thursday nights it’s Dinner with rotating winemakers, yesterday featuring Jane and Hylton from Honey Moon Vineyard. We loved every dish presented and every glass poured, such a special evening! The tuna crudo was perfectly balanced with chilli and caramelised orange, and the beef tartare with black garlic aioli, cured egg yolk and toast was rich and perfectly seasoned. For mains, we shared the harissa cauliflower with ancient grain salad, alongside the lamb rump with pea and mint salsa and crispy shallots, both absolutely delicious. We enjoyed a bottle of Blanc de Blanc from Honey Moon Vineyard, an outstanding sparkling wine made from premium Adelaide Hills Chardonnay, which paired beautifully with every dish. I felt a little like I was spending a night in France. We will definitely be back for more good times at Good Gilbert! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
