I had an amazing meal here and everything I tried was delicious. The flavors were bold but well‑balanced, and the food tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. I had the Vegan bowl with quinoa, chickpeas, a few other assorted items and avocado on top. It was absolutely DELICIOUS. The service was excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed everything about my visit and will definitely be back. I would recommend the superb quality of the food at Grow to any of my friends and family. If you’re looking for great tasting food and a solid dining experience, this is definitely a spot worth visiting. Thank You, Grow, for a wonderful experience at your marvelous restaurant! My husband and I had Saralyn and her team from Grow cater our elopement celebration in Macon. Grow has exceeded all of my expectations and I was truly blown away by how wonderful they were throughout the entire process. Saralyn helped us curate the perfect menu for our special day, was very quick to respond to all of my questions, and had truly thought of every detail for the event. Every time I visited the restaurant to meet with her and make payments, I was always greeted by the friendliest staff and truly felt welcome (I also have to mention, all the lunches I enjoyed there were always spectacular!!) A few weeks before the celebration, Saralyn met us at our venue to get a visual for how our day will run and where everything will be set up. Our special day would not have gone as smoothly as it did without her and her team! We had a minor miscommunication with our venue and Saralyn handled it right away and made sure that everything happened the way we wanted it to. The food was absolutely delicious and I received SO many compliments from our guests! I will recommend Grow to anyone looking to cater an event no matter how big or small. It was such a joy working with Saralyn and her team and I will always chose them to cater any of our future events! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Grow gives a ‘mom n pop’ vibe. It’s a small brunch spot with limited seating and parking, southern hospitality, and flavorful dishes in high demand. The facility is clean, the employees are respectful, but note some dishes are pre-prepped, limiting modifications. Grow has a menu selection that makes you want to sample all items available to order. First pic is the Salmon BLT (stuffed with chopped onion and bell pepper) and a side of mashed sweet potatoes. Second pic is Salmon over yellow rice and a side of collard greens and mashed sweet potatoes. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
