I have visited twice now and my experiences have been quite different each time. My first visit was on a Saturday morning a couple of weeks ago. There was one barista on shift trying to serve around ten customers all waiting for their coffees. The poor guy was completely under the pump with no support, the wait was so long that I decided to leave without ordering. Not a great first impression. I gave it a second chance today and the experience was much better. Staff were lovely and friendly, the wait was minimal and the coffee itself was genuinely delicious. I ordered a large almond flat white served in a mug and it was one of the better coffees I have had. The staff member who made and brought it out was great. The one thing that is hard to overlook is the price. At $8.40 for a large almond flat white, it is one of the more expensive coffees I have come across. I understand it is a specialty roaster but that price point is difficult to justify for an everyday coffee regardless of the quality. Three stars. The coffee is excellent and the staff are great, but the pricing and that first experience hold it back. Price per person: $1–20 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
