After the original owner passed away, many people said the food just wasn’t the same. I always disagreed and continued to support the restaurant whenever I had the chance because I felt the quality had remained good. Unfortunately, something has changed recently. I’m not sure if there has been another ownership change, but the food I received today was very disappointing. The chicken was greasy and soggy rather than crispy, and the breading had an unusual taste that was not enjoyable. The fries were also soft, overly greasy, and lacked the quality I had come to expect. As a customer, I’ve also never understood the decision to close at 7:00 PM on weekends. It seems like a missed opportunity, but of course that’s a business decision for the owners to make. I’ve genuinely enjoyed being a customer here for years, which makes this review difficult to write. However, today’s meal was easily the worst food I’ve had in a long time, and I hope this feedback is taken constructively because I’d love to see the restaurant return to the quality that kept me coming back.
