Zero customer service. Very rude waiter. Super noisy because some band were trying out their instruments loudly, while we were trying to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday. We had not been notified about a band rehearsing when I made the reservation, even though I told the host at the time that it was going to be a birthday dinner for my 80 old mother. I would clearly have made reservations elsewhere if I had known. We had to leave without eating our food since my parents couldn't take the loud noise, but still had to pay full price. (The food was awful and overpriced on top of it!). Worst restaurant experience ever! My mom's birthday dinner was totally ruined. (I came all the way from USA to celebrate it with her). I asked the rude waiter for the owners phone number on our way out, and he gave me a hand written note to someone named Tarik at 0707-23 98 55. I called, and the man I spoke with claimed to own Göstases. He was going to "talk to them" and call me back. (I want a refund in full). I never heard back. So, I googled Gōstases to find out if someone named Tarik owns the place, but.. it turns out that a Mesut Ciftci is the owner... Go figure. Thumbs waaay down.
