The food is amazing and the portions are on point (You better come hungry). To be honest this is the best unknown restaurant in Rome and most underrated in Georgia. I found my new favorite. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

You would think for what the cost that potato would be loaded I mean it is called Gracie's Loaded Potato Bar and you would also think the potato would be hot. I ordered brisket,onions,mushrooms,garlic butter,and sour cream this is what I got served for $17.95. And folks this is after I added the sour cream and salt and pepper and mixed it up not 1 bite had I taken out of the potato Oh side note today April 1,2026 I went as a door dasher to pick up an order for a customer when I guess the owner ask me if my name was delta I politely said yes and she ask me why I gave such a bad review on a half eaten potato folks I hadn't even taken 1 single bite I had mixed my sour cream salt and pepper into my potato and that's what it looked like the pic I posted . The owner not only raised her voice and tried to humiliate me she proceeded to tell me that I no longer was welcome at her place of business well guess what I am so glad she said that cause my husband and I had already decided that we didn't want to go back the day we are there my point is I was there on a professional capacity and she made it personal. Don't get me wrong I hope she does well but it looks like to me you could at least put what I pay for on it I mean I know the price of meat is high but I bet you a dollar to a doughnut I could make a decent brisket,garlic butter,onions,and sour cream baked potato and you would definitely get your monies worth and it might even be a little cheaper lol Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I am truly sorry you weren't pleased with your potato. Unfortunately, even though we try very hard to make sure all our customers leave fat and happy, sometimes it just doesn't go as planned. I would be more than happy to offer a discounted meal if you'd like to try us again. My only problem with this review is the fact that you posted a picture of the potato half eaten already. A true representation would of been better on both sides so people could see what you were actually served. But again, if you'd like to give us another try, I'd be willing to discount your purchase. Thank you!!

Gracie’s was absolutely amazing! I left completely stuffed, and every bite was worth it. The food was fresh, flavorful, and you can really tell they care about quality. On top of that, the customer service was top tier—friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. Definitely worth the money, and I’ll for sure be coming back!
