Even though I have never stayed at the hotel, I have been to the rooftop bar multiple times. The hotel is in a great location, near campus and the downtown area and I love the decor. I appreciate that the staff is always gracious and helpful. I would like to give a shout-out to Roxanne for being so positive and kind. The rooftop bar has delicious food and great drinks and I love the wonderful view! Service: 5

If you are going to stay in Madison, this is the place to be. The public spaces are well-appointed, upbeat and functional, the room decor is fun, and the hotel location is perfect. Most importantly, the staff is outstanding. Amelia, in particular, bends over backwards to be the smiling face that a weary traveler needs to see at the end of a long drive or flight. She and her colleagues are happy service professionals dedicated to making your stay the best that it can be. Service: 5

We recently hosted a family event on the 7th floor of The Graduate Hotel in Madison, WI. The space was just what we were looking for, and the food was exceptional (we were there for a brunch). That said, I came here to write a review because the service in planning the event, and on the day of the event, really went above and beyond.
