A very nice and relaxing day at Gränsö castle. Good food and good treatment from the staff, but fantastic treatment from our waiter Emil in particular. He was very knowledgeable about the food and passionate about the wines that were served. He contributed to the atmosphere at the dinner being as good as it was.
