Service was quick - used the QR code which is efficient and quick. However, the cappuccino tastes awful, and for 4.9 each, way overpriced. The food is OK. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Post-swim drinks on a Friday evening. It took nearly 45 min for our drinks to arrive. There was only one bartender. There were a few servers. It looked like they had no clue what they were doing. Maybe they had never worked in a cafe before? Many of them did not speak Dutch. Eventually we gave up waiting for us drinks and fetched our own tray of drinks from the bar.

During our stay at Center Parc Kempervenne, we wanted to dine in the park. In the market dome we ended up at the grand cafe. At first it seemed like a good thing. We all saw something on the menu that we liked. However, that turned out to be an illusion. Firstly, it took a very long time for the service to come to us to help. After everything had been absorbed, it took almost 2 hours before our food was brought to us. It turned out to be due to an error in the kitchen. Secondly, we could hardly talk to each other during our stay in the restaurant, because children's activities were taking place not far from us. These had the sound so loud that it was almost impossible to have a conversation. The service never once came by to ask if they could do anything for us or to ask if everything was to our liking. This didn't sit well with us all, also because it seemed like the main operator did nothing at all. He was awkwardly pulling up his pants in plain sight and was staring around. The food itself was certainly not worth it. The soup was served lukewarm/cold and it seemed as if the main course had been in the kitchen for a good long time before it was brought out. It was no longer very warm and it was also a bit dry and hard. All in all I didn't think it was worth my money. I would not recommend eating here either. Running away and canceling was not an option, because everything had already been paid for in advance. It is better to cook yourself or order something from another catering establishment.
