UPDATE: There are 2 Grand Cru. The one that also sells beer and wine and has JUSTIN working there is NOT part of the same group - they are AWESOME - especially Justin) If you've read my previous review of Belvedere Square, you'll know we're big fans of the place. It's one of those spots we happily return to, which is why this review is a little disappointing. Unfortunately, the experience at Grand Cru Bartending (nearest to the Thai Restaurant) just doesn't seem to match the atmosphere of the rest of Belvedere Square. On this visit, the welcome was about as warm as a forgotten pint. The greeting consisted of little more than, "You wanna open a tab?"—delivered with the unmistakable vibe that another customer had somehow complicated the day. Everyone has off days, but this is now the second time we've walked away feeling more like an interruption than a guest. Now, credit where it's due: whoever decided to keep Bob Ross painting happy little trees on the TV deserves a raise. It's oddly mesmerizing, incredibly relaxing, and honestly the most welcoming personality behind the bar that afternoon. I'd happily watch another episode while imagining those happy little clouds floating over a friendlier customer experience. Belvedere Square is still absolutely worth the visit, but if you're looking for a genuinely warm welcome with your beer, you may want to grab a drink elsewhere and then wander back to enjoy Bob Ross. At least he'll make you feel like you're exactly where you're supposed to be.

This place needs 7 stars and I’ll tell you why : great eclectic wine selection, community events , open great hours, a food hub attached to the store , OUTSTANDING staff, the list goes on .:.an extremely special evening brought to you by Devin. This guy can read you like a book. He’s Extremely friendly and outgoing ., it feels like coming home to grandmas house during Christmas. I love this place so much . They ARE the vibe !

Great watering hole. The staff are amazing. The drinks were great and the atmosphere was friendly. I stopped in after grabbing some lunch with a few friends and had a quick afternoon cap. It’s in a busy location with lots of food options just a few steps away.. I think this will be my new after work spot to eat and grab a couple of drinks with my colleagues! And the food options are really great, so it’s a win win to visit the Belvedere Square!
