Popped in afternoon time to waste some time before an appointment nearby. My partner had a lager which was ok but I had a coke as was driving. First coke was just fizzy water with no flavour told the man with white hair and glasses behind bar but he argued it wasn’t flavourless and and made me a fresh one from the same pump without verifying himself it was flavourless. I enjoy coca cola and other soft drinks on a regular basis when out to promote responsible driving thereafter than having an alcoholic drink so this is a deep shame especially the poor service. He wouldn’t change it thereafter so left a full glass of fizzy coloured water on table. Needs to improve customer service attitude and also toilets were a disgrace with faeces on the seat and with toilet paper and water all over the floor.

Didn't like the attitude of the barman .. Me and my wife were first through the door and first at the bar but he served 6 other people who came in after us before us .... Usually there is a lovely friendly lady working behind the bar who will stop and talk while serving us...
