Young lady that took my order was very rude and basically rushing me to place my order and I drove all the way from fort Worth. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50

Hey there, just wanted to share my experience. So on August 15, 2026, I dealt with Mirabella, the manager on duty during the morning shift, and honestly, she was the least professional manager I've encountered. To top it off, I called to let her know I hadn’t received the items I paid for, and she just hung up on me! The breakfast I did manage to get was old and clearly had been sitting around for a while. I spent nearly $35, which I worked hard for, just to highlight the issues with my order and see if we could sort it out. You could tell she was having a rough day, but it felt like she took it out on me. I was really let down, especially since I told her I couldn’t even return to the restaurant because I was at home. When I asked if she could replace my order the next day, she was like, 'No way, I can only replace the bacon and gravy.’ I tried explaining that those were the main things I wanted, and I didn’t have the cash to buy everything again the next day. My order was messed up, and I just wanted her to fix it. She got annoyed and hung up on me, basically saying mistakes happen, and I just had to deal with it. I couldn’t believe how rude she was. It really ruined my day. So just a heads up, make sure to check your order before you leave that place! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $30–40 Kid-friendliness: Nope!!! Manger is Rude!!
