Service was great. Nikki was our server..quick and very knowledgeable of the menu. Good was very good French dip. And the chicken marcella. Every one was pleased with the food and Service. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes

I’ve been coming to this establishment for over 20 years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. During my most recent visit, the bartender Tommy was unnecessarily negative and dismissive toward me because I was accompanied by my service animal. Tommy made inappropriate comments that suggested he either didn’t understand or chose to ignore ADA regulations regarding service animals. Instead of handling the situation respectfully or asking the legally permitted questions, his attitude was hostile and made me feel unwelcome and singled out.on top of that he threw my food out prior to me finishing my plate. As a long-time customer, I expected to be treated with the same respect as any other patron. Businesses and their staff should be familiar with ADA requirements and understand that individuals with legitimate service animals deserve to be treated with dignity, not suspicion or ridicule. I sincerely hope management addresses this with their staff so no one else has a similar experience. After more than two decades of supporting this establishment, I never expected to leave feeling so disrespected. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Visited Grasshopper Too recently. The atmosphere is nice, but the food and service could use some improvement. A bit more flavor and a calmer service pace would really elevate the experience. The place definitely has potential. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
