Got the spicy apple bacon sandwich and it made my day. The sandwich was made with perfectly crisp bacon, fresh Granny Smith apple slices, and a perfect spicy jam that tied it all together. The service was friendly and efficient. 5/5 would recommend to a friend. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Delivering for doordash. Waited 30 minutes for the order. They are understaffed for dine-in and (though the food does look good) they are lightyears from being ready for delivery. I should have unassigned the order but the child at the register kept telling me it was almost done. When I spoke with the "adult" on premises, she couldn't be bothered to care that she cost me most of an hour of pay. Service: Delivery Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Hello. I just read your review and my heart sank. I am very sorry. I'd like to talk if you are open to it but regardless I wanted to reach out immediately to apologize and if you haven't received a refund make this right. I am already speaking to staff about this situation. We haven't had this happen in the past so I believe it's a one off but still not okay to wait 30 minutes. Our email is ghmbakers@gmail.com

I went to get my weekly loaf of Dakota bread and noticed they have a baking schedule and not all breads are available everyday. I must have always lucked out on what days I stopped by before. The lady asked me what I was looking for and said I will go search for some for you and have it cut for you. To top it off they signed me up for some loyalty program so my loaf of bread was free. Customer for life and not just because of the delicious Dakota bread but because of the amazing people who work here! Thanks again for going out of your way to help and the free bread!
