We went on a Sunday night and were pleasantly surprised with the live music. The band was superb! The drinks were tasty and the service was excellent! Parking: There is parking around the block from this spot. Price per person: $10–20 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking

Very classy atmosphere. Fairly dark and mostly red lit but not detrimentally so after getting accustomed to it. Band sounded good though it was quite loud (particularly the drummer at times) making it difficult to carry on conversation across the table, though side-by-side is likely fine. Overall, between the lighting and music it is definitely more suited to guests that are comfortable enough with one another to scooch-in in order to see and hear each other consistently. Price per person: $30–50 Atmosphere: 3

On my last trip to KC, I made sure to stop off at the Green Lady Lounge to take in the jazz scene. As a jazz fiend from the Chicagoland area, I was not disappointed at all! Everything about the club was amazing. The ambiance, the decor, it was like stepping back in time to a different age. The staff were friendly and courteous, and finding a good place to sit and enjoy the live music was not difficult at all. I will absolutely be visiting here again next time. Bet on it. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
