Estuvimos aquí desayunando ya que estaba cerca de nuestro alojamiento. No nos dimos cuenta que arriba había una terracita, pero el sitio es muy acogedor. Desayunos deliciosos, muchas opciones tanto de smothies bowls y dulces, café, y gran variedad de panes. También había opciones de comidas/cenas. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: Rp 25–50k Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot

Today, my friends and I planned to have lunch at Green Rabbit after hearing so many great things about the place. Unfortunately, we never even made it inside. We arrived by car but couldn't find parking near the restaurant, so we drove to the nearby public parking area next to Tiger Restaurant. That's where our experience went downhill. The parking attendant would only accept cash. We offered to pay by QR code, bank transfer, transfer to his personal account, or any other available method, but every option was refused. We then drove to an ATM, but the smallest banknote we could withdraw was IDR 100,000. When we returned, the attendant told us he had no change and that it was "not his problem." At that point, we completely lost the desire to visit Green Rabbit. We simply left and had lunch somewhere else. I understand that the parking area is not operated by the restaurant. However, from a guest's perspective, parking is part of the overall customer experience. If customers can't even park their car or pay for parking, that experience inevitably reflects on the restaurant as well. A message to the owner of Green Rabbit: it may be worth finding a solution for guests arriving by car. Whether it's arranging cashless payment with the parking operator, reserving parking spaces, or providing a better parking solution, something needs to change. It's unfortunate that your restaurant lost several customers before we even had the chance to walk through the door. Sadly, after this experience, I won't be bringing my friends to Green Rabbit again if we're traveling by car.

You're absolutely right that the parking area is not operated by us, and unfortunately we don't have any control over its payment system or the way it's managed. However, we completely understand that from a guest's perspective, it becomes part of the overall experience, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We'll certainly look into what we can do to make arriving by car easier for our guests, whether that's providing clearer parking information or exploring possible solutions with nearby parking operators.
