I love the Texas wieners and pizza. The people are very kind. My family's been going there for over 30 years. We love Green ridge News.

Poor customer service. Called in an order for a hot wing hoagie, was told 20 minutes. Arrived in 20, was very busy, which is no problem. Waited in line, paid and was told to give the cashier a minute to check on my order. Then she instead took care of all the customers behind me and by the time she was done, she forgot. I waited another 20 minutes in the store, clearly waiting for food, while everyone else was being served. When i finally asked if they forgot my order, i was told no. Then two minutes later the same cashier comes out of the kitchen and hands me the special for the day. Told her i was waiting for a hot wing hoagie. Then she goes in the kitchen and grabs my hoagie, which clearly was there the whole time. No apology, just “have a good one”. It was the soggiest most disgusting thing ever served to me. I understand being busy but why start serving other people before checking for my order? Also like they all saw me standing there, waiting, no assistance from anyone.
