Disappointed. As a member at Stratton, I used to look forward to meals at Tenderloins after my round. However, the new restaurant, Green Apron, leaves a lot to be desired. Same great wait staff, but the menu (to me at least) is very limited, overpriced, and not very good. It has reached the point that I would rather leave the course and stop to pick something up on my way home. Judging by my friends' reactions, I'm not alone in feeling this way.

Quite a disappointment!. We were very excited to try the Green Apron after reading about it in Vermont Magazine. Unfortunately we were all disappointed in our lunches. Our meals took an inordinately long time to arrive, the hamburgers were very overcooked, the ahi tuna was bland and the Caesar salad was barely dressed! Our waitress was inattentive, although she did adjust our bill slightly based on our disappointment.
