Amazing staff very helpful, polite and considerate! Went in and was met by a young man with long hair and I think he was wearing a cap/glasses(my memory is awful) I had wanted a mango drink but sadly they had sold out he was very polite about it explaining it was a popular item today so it had sold out and recommended other flavours. Very friendly and amazing customer service. Only took a couple of minutes to get my drink :) I ended up getting cherry lemonade which was delicious! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food that we got from this Greggs was served hot and tasted amazing, and the indoor seating area was big enough (it would probably be really busy in the holidays!). The woman that served us behind the counter was friendly. The toilets were clean too. Will probably be using this Greggs again if I'm ever in Mablethorpe! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This store never has the click and collect service turned on. Have complained multiple times to the enquiry centre and asked if there is a reason why but never get a response. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
