I really want to like this place because it's in my neighborhood and has so much potential. I've been here about 6-7 times now and the service is always mid-range to poor (e.g., waiting a long time for everything even though it's not busy). Ordered the NY strip for the 2nd time. Both times ordered well done. Both times came out medium. Sent back tonight and when it came back out it was medium-well at best (still pink with visible pink juices). Other food has generally been good (e.g., wraps, salads, soup). Probably won't be going back. Would love for them to get their act together and turn it into a reliable place.
