I'm always super happy to order here. This braised chicken really has its own identity: Pep, 1000 flavors, very juicy and full of character. This day, unfortunately, TOTAL FLOP. Poultry was not characterized by its usually so particular taste. There was no taste. Like a normal poultry. Unfortunately, when you order here it is precisely to find these very particular flavors which make it an exceptional dish. Very disapointed. Wasted Sunday meal and not up to what they usually offer. This poultry gave me the feeling of having been braised yesterday and just reheated today... Which would explain why this very particular taste of the embers was not there. You usually do a good job. Today was my birthday, I hadn't even warned the team but they immediately understood the situation, the plan was to have a quiet dinner with the cake that I brought back for dessert, but they have honestly done an exceptional job, a magnificent atmosphere, ambient music and a whole experience that I really appreciated service 10000/10, my favorite restaurant, I come there for all my special occasions, I invite all the special people in my life, quality of dishes, quality of service, everything is impeccable.
