I decided to dine here as it was close to my home, and I was craving a good steak without spending too much. Luckily, they had a great promotion so I ordered their steak plus unlimited soup and salad for only SAR 79, excellent deal indeed. A special thanks to Ricky, who assisted me. He was very approachable, and he was the one who recommended their current offer. Excellent customer service made the experience even better. First time visiting Grid & Grill in Riyadh, and I had a very good experience. The ambiance is excellent; spacious, comfortable, and well-lit, making it a pleasant place to dine and relax. We availed of the unlimited sushi and steak offer, and both were delicious and well-prepared. The quality and taste exceeded our expectations. A special mention goes to JAHID for his outstanding professionalism, attentiveness, and excellent customer service. Staff like him truly make the dining experience more enjoyable. The only area that could use some improvement is the couches along the side seating area. They seem worn out and are no longer as soft or comfortable as they should be. Overall, it was a great dining experience. Good food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this place to others.
