"We made a reservation two days prior to dining in, but surprisingly, no staff attended to us at our table. The restaurant seemed disorganized and understaffed. We ordered the unlimited tenderloin steak and shake, but the salad bar was empty. We had to inform the available staff to refill it. Our orders took almost an hour to arrive, and to make matters worse, our drinks were never served. We ended up leaving and transferring to another establishment. The customer service was extremely poor; it seemed like they didn't care about their customers' experience. They failed to accommodate their patrons."
