Very disappointing delivery service. It seems the restaurant is understaffed, or there is simply not enough coordination between the kitchen and delivery drivers. Drivers are being asked to wait around 20 minutes before they can even collect the order. This causes unnecessary delays and makes the overall delivery experience very frustrating. If an order is accepted, the restaurant should make sure it is prepared on time so that drivers and customers are not left waiting. Hopefully, Grilla Kitchen can improve its staffing and coordination to provide a better and more reliable service. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Standard of food in Reading within the halal space isn’t very high. This place is 10/10 the best in Reading by a mile. Worth the visit Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Smash Burger, Naga Doner with Fries Dietary restrictions: Halal!!
