Unfortunately, today’s experience was quite disappointing. The dining area was not clean, with dirty tables and food left on chairs. Asking for napkins and cutlery felt like an inconvenience rather than a normal customer request. I’ve always enjoyed the food here. The burgers are fresh, not overly greasy, and you can tell the ingredients are of good quality. The vegetables are fresh and the buns are always soft and fresh as well. There was also confusion regarding the Monday promotion, where customers who spend min $20 and have a winning team receive a free burger. What should have been a simple process became unnecessarily complicated, and the interaction felt reluctant and unwelcoming. What disappointed me most was the overall atmosphere. None of the staff greeted us, and everyone seemed unhappy and disengaged. It’s a shame because the food is good, but the service and atmosphere did not match the quality of the meals. I hope this feedback helps, as I would love to see the customer experience improve. Price per person: $1–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Grill'd Dee Why's sweet potato chips are crispy and delicious. The burgers have never disappointed me. I made a mistake with my online order, but Dunkun, one of the staff, fixed it quickly. He's so nice and friendly. Highly recommended! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Takeaway Price per person: $20–40
