We were already sitting and waiting for our food, 20 mins later we were told our orders didn't come through the kitchen. So we ended up waiting another 20 mins till our food actually came. Food was ok. Kids burgers had a burnt chicken taste, kids didn't like it. Chips were good. Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

The staff here are amazing!! We ordered from the Mt Lawley location using the Grill'd app on Sunday (22nd March), and the doordash delivery driver to which the order had been assigned was incredibly incompetent; TLDR, we had to contact the store almost an hour after ordering to ask if our driver had collected our food (he hadn't). The staff were absolutely amazing and immediately offered to remake our order fresh and at no extra charge. Throughout the experience they were kind, incredibly helpful, and apologetic, even though the issue hadn't been their fault. We will definitely continue to attend/order from the Mt Lawley location! Their customer service is fantastic and we hope that the staff that were on shift on the evening of the 22nd of March are given their props!! Thanks guys Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 5 Service: 5
