Food was delicious. Service was not great. No acknowledgement we we arrived, front staff didn't give same info about what was included in the family deal, so we gad to pay more. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Very disappointing experience. We ordered takeaway and arrived on time to pick it up, so there was no delay on our side. Despite that, all of the food was completely cold — not just slightly warm or cooled down, but literally freezing cold and unpleasant to eat. For a freshly prepared takeaway order that was collected on time, this is simply unacceptable. We ended up unable to properly enjoy the food at all. Definitely not the quality or experience we expected from Grill’d. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: $60–80

Staff were too busy flirting to serve the customers. My food was not up to Grill’ds usual standards, chips in particular were overcooked. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
