We had an amazing experience at Grilling in the Name in Haarlem. Both of us ordered the “Royal with Cheese,” and it absolutely lived up to the name — it was royal! Juicy, flavorful, and perfectly put together, it’s easily one of the best burgers we’ve had in a while. The place itself has a really cool, laid-back vibe and is a great spot to hang out. You can tell it’s got personality, and the atmosphere adds to the overall experience. One thing to note: the burger spot is inside a pub, and while the food is definitely worth it, we’d recommend skipping the beers there. We paid €18 for a couple of pretty odd-tasting beers, and they don’t seem to offer regular drink options. That part was a bit disappointing. All in all though, we’d absolutely come back for the burgers alone — they’re the real highlight here. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: The Og Royale with Cheese
