Met friends for lunch here, and the choice couldn't have been more perfect. Service is fast and unassuming - definitely a small town vibe. The food came out quick and delicious! The burger was juicy and the grilled pineapple made it extra special. The shrimp - healthy and tasty while the mashed potatoes with dark gravy really hit the spot. For the price, quantity more than sufficient. Will repeat. Be aware, parking is in the back and when raining it will flood a little. Found this place while visiting Oahu North shore. Great place for fried chicken (some.of the best I've had), garlic fried rice is good. Highly recommend if you want the real deal.

I'm not currently on the island but I STILL think about this place. I wish we had found it much sooner because it's such a hidden gem. Their breakfast is amazing, the price is affordable, the service is great, and I love that they have some simple Filipino-inspired dishes as well! Although narrow, they do have a parking space behind the building from what I recall. The ambiance was a clean, cozy diner. Nothing over the top and nothing that would make you feel uncomfortable going in. There's usually a ton of military customers since it's so close to Schofield barracks, but there are a lot of local regulars too. If you're looking for an upgraded alternative to Zippy's, Koa Pancake House, or Sunnyside, then I highly recommend Guieb Cafe! I can't wait to go back the next time I visit the island!
